ABOUT
My story began with my passion for baking at an early age like most, with their mum in the kitchen. I enjoyed nothing more than cooking my mums classic cake recipes, and of course licking the bowl at the end of it.
My career began working in restaurants where I took an even greater interest in the pastry section. I loved baking at home for friends and family so I took a job as a baker for a well known local independent cafe in Norwich. I soon built a reputation for my baking. Several years and many bakes later I've developed my own unique style of cake making and tablescape styling.

Four years on and my dream has become a reality. I now employ my own small team of like minded, passionate bakers and food stylists. I'm still very hands on in my business and always will be. My passion for baking and food styling has grown massively over the last four years. My desire to wow my customers in what is sometimes the most special day of their lives still gives me butterflies and is what drives me and my team to be the best in our industry.

Sadya has been baking with us for over two years. She has a natural talent for baking and is an absolute superstar when its crazy busy. Sadya is a keen blogger and loves to make vegan bakes too.

Owner
James developed and manages our website and helps with business development and digital marketing. He also helps run the business and looks at our long term growth.
Victoria
Cake & Grazing Stylist
Trusting someone to set up wedding cakes and grazing is a big ask. It needs someone really creative with an amazing eye for detail and someone that has a real passion for what they do. We found that in Victoria.
Chester
Chief Taster
Lover of all things cake, any new recipes must be tested by our chief taster. Chester has an impeccable pallete and very high standards. Not one to shy away from starting work early he will often be found requesting a cake tasting at 4.30 am.
